Rachel Crow may not have won “X Factor,” but she is now poised to make several dreams come true all at once. She has scored a talent deal with Nickelodeon that includes starring in her own musical comedy series pilot. In addition, she has been signed by Sony Music-owned Columbia Records in partnership with her X Factor coach Simon Cowellâs company, Syco.

Note: Do not read on if you have not seen Season 3, Episode 14 of Fox’s “Glee,” entitled “On My Way.” For an episode that was supposed to be all about Regionals, ” Glee ” flipped a switch on its audience and, instead, turned out an episode that I don’t think anyone saw coming. Watch out ” Bridesmaids ,” the ladies of ” Glee ” are coming for you. Judging from Lea Michele’s recent tweet , it looks like Tuesday night’s all-new Regionals episode, “On My Way,” will feature some kind of wedding scenario. After all, we know that Finn (Cory Monteith) asked Rachel (Michele) to marry him and that she accepted, but why are the McKinley High seniors practically running down the aisle

Before her untimely death, Whitney Houston’s name surfaced as a possible replacement judge on ” The X Factor .” Now, another name is making the rounds and Anderson Cooper sat down with her on ” Anderson ” (Weekdays, Syndicated) sat down with her to talk both about those rumors, and her feelings about the passing of Houston. Janet Jackson was in a unique position to offer solace and advice to Houston’s surviving family, having recently lost her brother Micheal. Both performers were larger than life personalities who managed to become among the biggest stars in the history of music.

There really were not a lot of opportunities for quality airtime during Maya Rudolph’s reign as SNL host. First, there were only ten segments and three of them were full-fledged ensembles — everyone gets ten seconds, type sketches. Plus, “Weekend Update” featured no guests other than Amy Poehler

Glee ’s Chris Colfer is a very busy man. He stars on the hit Fox musical, is releasing a children’s book in May, and makes his screenwriting — and leading man — debut later this year in the dark high school comedy Struck By Lightning . In the film, Colfer plays Carson Phillips, a high school student who blackmails his peers into contributing to his campus literary magazine and then gets — yup — struck by lightning.
