Barack Obama’s rendition of Al Green’s classic “Let’s Stay Together” at an event in Harlem earned him a ticket to Hollywood (if he wants it), as “American Idol” producer Nigel Lythgoe took to Twitter early Tuesday to invite the president to sing on the reality show. “@BarackObama we loved your vocal performance so much we’d love to invite you on to #AmericanIdol this Season for a duet with Al Green,” Lythgoe wrote .
